Memory Care
I have been well pleased with Hilltop Memory Care. My only concern has been difficulty in reaching staff. I received a voicemail expressing concern about my husband and was unable to reach anyone for over 12 hours. I hope this problem has been addressed. The director has assured me that my complaint about non availability of staff has brought about policy change and the problem has been resolved.
Heather is the administrator and has been here for 18 years. She is compassionate, a good leader and loves all the residents. Many of the CNA's, med techs and other staff have been here for many years. They get to know every residents needs, likes and dislikes. It has been a great fit for my 92-yr old dad. Highly recommend!
The activities are great, before COVID they have bible studies, church groups come in to sing, and other live entertainment. We really liked how friendly the staff was, everything is on one level so its very convenient. The food could use some improvements, the quality could be a little better.
