My dad seems to enjoy living at this community, however mom is still adjusting to living here. Dad has started to participate in some of the activities. I have tried the food and it is good. The staff are encouraging and helpful. The grounds are nice and the community is very clean. I would recommend this community.
Nobody liked the director, residents or staff. They would cringe when his name was mentioned. They gave us a great room, and the facility was wonderful. But they didn't properly assess my loved one and allowed her in independent living when she could not properly care for herself. Had it worked out, I think it would have been great. But as it was, it was a big financial loss for the short time we were there.
My loved one was previously a resident at Cascades of Grants Pass- The Pointe and everything was great for her at this facility. The facility was always clean and things always appeared to be organized. I was always notified immediately when anything happened with my loved one. The staff was very helpful. Everything was great! I would recommend Cascades of Grants Pass- The Pointe to others!
