What our family likes the most about Brookdale Austintown is how all the staff members relate to the residents. Always respectful, sometimes joking always kind. We also like how we can come whenever we want, bring our pets and eat together in a separate area
This community is an old hotel that they have converted into a senior community. The staff have been helpful, encouraging and understanding. The residents are friendly. Mom has not complained about the food. They have a nice outdoor porch for the residents to enjoy. This is a relaxed community and I would recommend it.
The admission process was efficient and explained so well that I had no questions. They kept me informed of how my mother was doing. She was always dressed nice and her hygiene needs were met. The staff was so kind to her and very friendly. The food was good and the macaroni and cheese was homemade and it was amazing! I am so glad that your program gave me the name.
