The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the residents - They don't have to go refer to a chart, the minute I walk in they all have an update. They are very kind. They actually know each and every resident and their family. They go the extra mile and will call if they feel like something needs to be addressed. The Oaks is a fabulous place and families are making the absolute right choice by going there.
I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. There is no other community I would recommend currently. The community is secure and your must be let into or out of the community by a staff member. The staff is very nice, considerate, and helpful.
My granny was here for many years and just recently passed away. This is the best assisted living facility I have ever been in. They took such good care of her and she loved all of them so much. From the moment you walk in it’s a very good, clean environment. It’s very bright and cheerful and the staff are amazing. They took such good care of my granny and she never was abused or anything like that. The staff here are like family and I have even said many times that if this place is still here when I need a home, that’s where I want to be.
