The staff are always friendly and are very good with the residents. The catering coordinator keeps them busy and plays games to keep their minds active.
The times that i have been able to visit this community it has been kept very clean, the staff members are outstanding and the care services are excellent. The activities are limited due to COVID, but beforehand they would take the residents out to eat, to concerts and to the grocery store which our loved one especially loved. We really liked how caring the staff was, and that this community is not a huge place. They also have all private bedrooms.
I would highly recommend. They bent over backwards working with us to get my dad back there after his horrible rehab experience at another facility. We picked this community because of the number of people (good op for socialization), staff friendliness, food quality, cleanliness.
