Memory Care
This facility is pretty nice. The Memory Care unit is separate and has a nice atmosphere. It's always very clean, they stay on top of cleanliness here (cleaning up spills, etc). Communication with the family is great. They have a good variety of activities. Overall, it's a really nice and clean place with friendly staff. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.
My dad likes the security that the facility offers. He knows he's in a safe environment that can scale with his needs. He likes have the meals available and brought to him if needed. He is still very independent and mobile so not a lot of car needed. Therefore, I don't have a lot of feedback.
My relative is doing fine at Carlton Senior Living San Jose. It has been going well for him and has been getting a positive experience.
