Unpleasant outdoor areas; no reason to want to go out there. The front area looked shabby and smelled really bad. In the other wing where the bedroom was located, the small room was OK. But the shared bathroom was substandard. The cruddy looking tub would be difficult to get in and out of. The view out the window unpleasant. The common area for TV and fridge in that building looked maintained, probably not used a lot? No one was there, folks were spread out in the front area. Didn't see any caregivers, only one guy in the kitchen mid-afternoon mid-week.

The staff was very accomodating and very pleasant. The country setting is nice but the drought has apparently reduced the gardens to a bare minimum. This is the first of such homes I visited and I found it fairly depressing. I don't think my sister's condition is severe enough to warrent this type of care.
