There's no perfect facility nor staff, but they try. Your love one may have a hard time adjusting so don't beat yourself up when you are no longer able to be there for them full time'. I would recommend The Manor to others!
This community was a wonderful place either for respite or long term placement for you or your loved one. We did respite but in doing that we were able to meet other residents that we could see were being well taken care of. The staff were very positive and knowledgeable at this community. The staff were also always willing to help whenever asked.
Caring and compassionate staff, housekeeping is excellent, keeps family informed about most things and always are ready to talk when you go to visit. There were several staff were waiting to help us move in, even though it was after regular hours- the administrator even helped us hang pictures. I believe the meals are good, I've only eaten there a couple of times for special events. I would definitely recommend this facility. Also, the building itself is light and bright, very cheerful.
