Senior Apartments
Victory Terrace Senior Apartments have been a wonderful experience so far for my mom. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful community with well-kept landscaping in a breathtaking neighborhood. My mom is an active 84 and this lifestyle suits her well. She still enjoys making her own meals. There is an abundance of activities that my mom enjoys participating in, giving her the opportunity to socialize and make new friends. She loves Movie Night every Saturday night, she enjoys getting her hair done weekly, and she takes advantage of the three exercise classes offered per week, all of which are tailored to seniors. They have a visiting podiatrist, a therapy room and a library for the residents to utilize. My mom still has her own car, but they also offer transportation for the residents to go shopping and other outside excursions. I would highly recommend this community to friends and family.
I REALLY WANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO EXPRESS MY APPRECIATION FOR THE STAFF AT WILLOW MANOR-OLNEY MD..... [name removed], [name removed], AND [name removed] ALWAYS TREAT ME AND MY HUSBAND [name removed] WITH THE GREATEST RESPECT. I CAN COUNT ON ALL OF THEM TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS WITH A SMILE AND IMMEDIATE ACTION TO MEET MY NEEDS...I AM NOT THE ONLY RESIDENT THAT THEY MUST FOLLOW UP WITH DAILY OR WEEKLY CONCERNS BUT I KNOW THAT ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO EACH AND EVERYONE OF US BECAUSE I SEE THE RESULTS. PLEASE ALLOW THEM TO STAY HERE AND CONTINUE HELPING US BECAUSE THEY MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN OURS LIVES..
Management Staff is very professional and patient...much experience in senior needs and challenges. Maintenance request and response have been on point. Although, desire that the maintenance department be more focused in repairs so as to avoid repetition of the same job. Desire that parking be monitored more. Would not mind paying a fee for a reserved parking spot. Overall, this community is a good place to retire and call home. Very convenient for your shopping, banking, and spiritual needs.
