I would not even rate them a 1. Maintenance is so bad. Nobody in the office ever answers phone or returns calls. I took my mother home straight from hospital only to discover the hot water heater flooded her living room. Called emergency line. After an hr and a half a guy showed up turned off water, sucked water up from living room and set out a fan. Over a week and a half later not yet fixed. DO NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE AT ALL. HORRIBLE!

Same as Willow @ Clopper. Director is great. Parking not as good as Clopper & Proximity of shopping areas. Waiting List - 10 for 1BDR. Hospitality Suite up to 7 days.
