We looked for two years for a Senior Independent living place that would meet our needs. We wanted to be in walking distance of a library,post office, Catholic church, grocery stores and metro to DC also a courtesy bus to take us to a grocery store when we got to old to drive. Victory Court met all of these requirements and more. We first visited Victory Court in 2015 and were very impressed with everything, we came back in Feb. 2017, just to see if it was still as nice and still maintained as well, and everything was perfect. We sold our house and moved in July 2017. We love it here, the staff is wonderful. This is a great place to live.

I really enjoyed my tour of this community. Everything went very well. The staff was courteous, and friendly. The community looked well-kept, and everything appeared to be neat, and tidy. It was a really nice experience. Unfortunately at the time they did not have any rooms available, but our tour went very well.

Since the new Manager arrived at Victory Court, there's a difference from day to night in the way residents are treated. The Manager is well versed in different problem's in a rental community, I explained to her the problems I was having in my home she immediately knew what it was. She got the new Maintenance Supervisor to correct to the problem expeditiously. She is very diplomatic and even when she feels she has to say no for some apparent reason, she says it with a smile on her face, it is a pleasure to deal with an individual like that. I appreciate that she has an open door policy. The entire staff works well together, they make it fun, but the work gets done.

We moved into Victory Court in March of 2014. This was our first apartment(7 children prevent looking for apts) We were so happily surprised at the surrounding, friendly, and attention we received from the very first day. The office personnel and residents were and are great. The surroundings (common areas) beautifully kept. You do not hear people above you or beside your apartment, this was a surprise to us and a happy one. I could say more... We are Happy.

Two years ago my husband and I came to make Victory Court our new home. Since then we have enjoyed meeting wonderful people and becoming one big family. I'd like to take time out to express my opinion about Penny. She is a wonderful example how management staff should interact with its tenants and other people in general. She serious when needed, funny, smiles all the time, and goes out of her way to make people feel welcomed. Thank you Penny.
