Brookdale Chapel Hill

Things have been going well. Overall our loved one has had good care. We had a problem with our initial bill that has since been resolved. Know that wait times for routine care can be a little bit long at times, but they will eventually get to it. I understand the challenges they (and many other places) are currently facing with staffing. The food has a lot of room for improvement. It can be inedible and tough, and portion sizes are small.

Green Leaf Care Center in Lillington, NC
4.8

It is a smaller facility, has a good staff and a reasonable cost which meets my mother's needs. Overall, Green Leaf, although somewhat dated, the facility provides care and services necessary to maintain a healthy environment for its residence. Improvement could be made on the food with options and more activities. Would love to see more activities outside the facilities.
