My Dad is thriving! It was a big adjustment for awhile, but he's settled in, started a Euchre club! Participates in activities, and made friends! He really needed that Socialization! So proud of him!!! It is just such a good match for him! It was such a hard decision, but so worth it in the long run! Nice facility, wonderful staff that engage with him throughout the day! He's a "poster child " of a good fit and transition! They're already planning to celebrate his birthday next month, he has kids of family members that call him "Grampa"!!! So precious! I've been an RN for over 30 years, I know the difference between good and bad Patient care! We're so happy with this decision, knowing my Dad is safe, and active. If I can help anyone else with this decision I'd be happy to help!

Woodhaven Senior Community in Flint, MI
5.0

For about 21 months our mother had been a resident of Woodhaven. We have nothing but positive things to say about the facility and the wonderful staff who work there. Everyone is so kind, helpful and eager to be of assistance. The place is kept clean, the laundry is cared for and the meals are excellent! They also work hard make sure there are many wonderful activities for the residents. As a place for independent living, you could really do no better. All the staff and residents became family to us. Due to mom’s progressively worsening dementia, we felt it necessary to move her to a long-term care facility. However, we will have nothing but pleasant and wonderful memories of Woodhaven and all of the people we were privileged to get to know. Many many thanks to all of you for taking such good care of mom! We appreciate all of your excellent service and love. We will never forget you! Family of Woodhaven resident
