I have lived here for 5+ years. The food is by far better than other places I've been. Staff are friendly and very helpful. This is Alden's main campus and the grounds are beautiful. Festive holiday decorations make this a very homey atmosphere. I call this "home".
SINCERE, HONEST and GENUINE...These are just a few words to express the experience you will get at Arden of Warrenville. If you want to experience all these things when looking for your new home and you don’t want to be treated like just another “renter,” this is the place to go. Arden is interested in you as an individual and finding the right unit/floorplan to fit your wants and needs. A place to call home for years to come. They are not just getting you in to fill units like many rental communities do. They aren’t just telling you what you want to hear but genuinely want you to be happy living here. Thanks, Arden of Warrenville and [name removed], for finally giving the Western suburbs a place that treats renters with the same respect as buyers. Thank you for recognizing that many of us are not just people who live somewhere temporarily, but who want to live in a place and community that they are proud to call home.
We initially picked it because it was well-maintained, clean and still close to all her stores, doctors. Mom had lived in her condo for 40 years...this was a huge move so being close to what she knew, was key. Mom liked it there and we always felt she was safe there. The staff were responsive and super friendly/nice. The residents are very friendly, too. Always saying hi in the halls and in the common area. It did have a community feeling.I think the rent is high for the area. The rent is truly downtown Chicago prices, minus the amenities. Overall, we had a great experience at Hanover and would recommend them as long as money was not a problem.
