There was a full staff when I came. Soon the "newest" staff began showing a well oiled "machined," But shortly after... We lost and contacted people in the community, lost staff, residents coming in, directors coming and leaving. The quality of directors, food services, resident assistants, housekeeping, maintenance etc. It has been noted that the newest director is involved in community and seeking more resident and getting them. Each day we've got more residents and more activity.
The apartments are very clean and cozy. Well maintained, the staff is friendly and compassionate. Management is also hands on with residents and ensures they continue to thrive. They set a good tone with the employees which contribute to a good atmosphere.
She's not family by blood, but in my heart. When I visit, I ask how she's doing. And I'm always told the same thing: I'm at peace, she says. I'm happy, I have everything, and they are very good to me here. What more could one ask?
