If the food is an important part of your decision look somewhere else. My mom stays because for the price it's the only independent living in her area.

Facility needs updating Staff is amazing! Menu was inconsistent, almost daily. Servers were inconsistent. Tablecloths were not washed regularly. Grounds need updating, the great staff makes up for the age of the facility.

The community is very nice but they are constantly very under staffed. Meal deliver is hit or miss and response to alert buttons can take a long time. I would recommend with a warning about staffing. Issues. It's very frustrating for my parents to order a meal to be delivered and it never show up.

The facility is in “good” condition. It is clearly 25 years old and “in need of refreshing”. The apartment canopies are dry rotting. The grounds (shrubs) are in need of attention/replacement. The staff/administration is VERY kind and accommodating! The food service is probably the greatest disappointment. The table cloths and cloth napkins are not being cleaned. Staffing shortages are all too common and diminishes the dining experience. The food is generally well prepared and fresh. Activities are basic. The facility seems safe. There is a entrance “Guard Shack”, but I have never seen it occupied nor have I ever encountered/seen a security personnel… and I have been there a lot at all times of the morning, day, and evening.

They seem to be continually understaffed and don't deliver promised services on scheduled days and meal service can be chaotic and very slow at times. Very disappointing for the high fees!

Excellent facilities for independent through memory care services. Their memory care daycare program is wonderful. Staff seems very helpful and upbeat. The facilities themselves are in very good condition.

Corso is the Gold Standard in Assisted Living Facilities. It is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. And one thing that particularly sets Corso apart from other AL Facilities is they do not segregate care levels. Both Independent and Assisted Living are all intermingled. The food is fantastic, and the care staff/resident ratio is excellent. It literally is like being on permanent vacation at the Four Seasons.

Memory care is tough on everyone. Good days and bad days. The staff are good on communication with the family. They bring additional staff when needed. Activities for the most part are ok. Food could be better. It is just luke warm or cold most of the time it is served.

This was a decent tour however, there was just another community that was closer and the best price for us that overshadowed this community.

We had a great tour with Village Park. The facility is absolutely beautiful and the amenities offered are amazing. I did feel like it was a little less personal. This would be a better place if your loved one wants to be more alone rather than having a family type atmosphere. It was too expensive for what we were looking for.

My parents live in a bungalow at this location as they are still independent in daily activities. The facility is second to none and is beautiful. We wanted a facility that had independent living, assisted living and memory care and this facility had all three. All Staff is very friendly. My only criticism is the food service. Food is good, but service is extremely slow and a bit unorganized. Staffing levels are not adequate. Undoubtedly difficult to recruit wait staff that are not tipped with such a low unemployment rate. My parents lived their 2 months before receiving a menu. I would encourage anyone seeking out a senior facility to put Village Park on their research list as it shows very well.
