This is a very nice facility. We gave this strong consideration but chose another facility that is geared especially to Memory Care. [Removed]is great!

I am very happy with the care from this wonderful community is very good. We like that the staff are caring and attentive to her needs. The menu is very good and a nice variety. The activities are offered for her to participate with the other residents. This community is clean. I feel good knowing that she is good care. I would recommend other families to this community for the care of a loved one.

Where do I start. First of all I have never experience a community that is so warm and inviting as this community. From the moment you walk thru the door, you feel at peace and at home. From the staff treating you like family to the beautiful decor. As a third party in the building, I am treated with respect. I feel as I am a part of the SLM family. I also had the privilege of eating lunch at Savannah Court of Haines City. The meals are as satisfying as well as delicious. If I were to vote SCHC building , I would give a 5 star for the caring and compassion [Removed] Area Manager Encompass Home Health.

Savannah Court of Haines City, is recommended highly by me and my husband, who's mother was a resident there for awhile and she really enjoyed her stay there. She was treated well and she seemed to like the employees a great deal. After my Mother-In-Law passed away I became the Hair Stylist and look forward to going every Thursday to be with the Ladies and Gentleman. [Removed]

My mother is resident of Savannah Court. My mother did not want to go to assisted living and so she lived with us for five years. She has dementia but is able to function pretty well. It then came to the point that my husband and I could no longer care for her. When we brought her to Savannah Court she adjusted beautifully and the staff made her feel very welcome. She plays games, has a group of people she eats with, watches tv with other people, and likes to watch the comings and goings that occur. We couldn't ask for better situation for my mother.

At a time in my life when i was emotionally stressed and at my wits end, walking into Savannah Court was like a instant weight lifted off my shoulders. From the moment I walked in I felt comfort and ease that my Mother would be taken care of as if she were there own family. While searching for a facility for my mother, I made several unexpected visits to Savannah Court and with each visit I felt more and more comfortable that this facility fits all my mothers needs. The regional director [Removed], was incredibly informative. The director, [Removed], and the Community Relations Coordinator [Removed] Deal were amazing in guiding me through the heart wrenching task of putting a loved one in a facility. The entire staff has been wonderfully attentive to all the challenges and special needs of my mother. I feel very blessed to be apart of the Savannah Court family in Haines City

I've had wonderful experiences at Savannah Court Haines City. The staff is friendly and helpful. The residents are always smiling and the facility goes above and beyond for them.

The Savannah Court community administration and staff are friendly. They offer meaningful activities and go above and beyond to meet their residents' unique needs.

My mother-in-law moved here recently and is adjusting well. She is very active in the community. She plays games and exercises. She hasn't had any complaints about the food so she must like it. It could be more affordable for what they offer. We chose Savannah Court because it is very close to us and that makes it easy to visit.

I want to thank each and every one of you for everything that you did for my mother, Hester Modlin, while she was there. She felt happy to be a resident there while she was well, and insisted that she return there when they placed her in hospice care. During the time of her residency there, she assure me that she had made the right decision with her move to Savannah Court. I was impressed with the level of care and attentiveness given by the staff. Accommodations and adjustments were made by supervisory level employees that displayed a genuine concern for my Mom's welfare, rather than focusing solely of the bottom line profit margin. With care like this, Savannah Court will always have an outstanding reputation with people eager to become residents there. The frontline staff that cares for each resident always performed with professionalism and care. Not only did they help my Mom, but they made it a point to include me, by keeping me informed as to mom's status as she slipped away from us. They were in her room on a regular basis, without being summoned. It seems as though every staff member would make it a point to touch my shoulder, give me a comforting smile, or even a hug, when they would come by. This sort of thing comes from the core of the person and not a corporate directive. It is a sincere measure of empathy for what the resident's family is going through. It is my desire to express to the staff of savannah Court my appreciation and respect. You must realize that there are many of us that know you do whatwhat you do because it is calling. You might not become "rich and famous", but you are promised to be remembered. Thank each and every one of you, including maintenance, kitchen staff, and volunteers. Dear Friends I am so appreciative of the wonderful care you provided for "My Buck" these past two years. It all began with respite care so I could go fishing with my brother. As his condition changed and declined, he was eventually a full time resident. I am so appreciative of the care given and their kindness and exemplary care provided to my beloved Buck. Tina, I thank you for all the extra special care you gave me and my family during the final days. So caring and supportive with all you provided for us. The extra room adjoining Buck's room, food, drink and staff to keep check on any needs we had. THANK YOU! My beautiful dish garden arrived yesterday, Friday, and I have it at home on a table. It is extra special to me because it represents the great friends at Savannah Court of Bartow.

I like Savannah Court because they are very friendly, and they can provide the services that my wife's stepfather needs. The staff is excellent. He is a complainer, but he does not complain about the food. He seems very satisfied with the food. The facility is clean. It has entertainment and various functions for the folks that live there. I think they are doing just a pretty good job

Mom moved here to live with us. Unfortunately, due to her Parkinson's Disease we were no longer able to care for her. She has been a resident of Savannah Court of Haines City for 3 years now, and the care and love she receives from the staff is truly heart warming to mom's entire family. They make sure she gets her meds, her meals, and attends any of the many activities that are available. Ellen [Removed], Executive Director; Marcy [Removed], Resident Care Coordinator are always available to provide direction and support on the continuing care of mom. We are very pleased with Savannah Court of Haines City and would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Savannah Court has been a very good one, it is a very nice place! The facility is clean and well kept, and they've done an excellent job looking after my loved one. We're very pleased with it!

I work in the healthcare field and can say the staff treat the residents like their own family and are attentive to their needs. I would definitely refer Savannah Court St Cloud to anyone looking to place their loved ones.

All of the staff has just been absolutely wonderful with my dad! I would definitely recommend Savannah Court for anyone needing the type of care they provide.

I can't say enough about this facility the staff is wonderful kind caring always have a smile the décor is beautiful the outdoor areas are enchanting it always smells so nice when I walk in they really know what they are doing with the care of dementia take their time never rushed no worries and I'm going to be welcomed to visit anytime my hats off to La Casa job very well done and I know its not an easy job

I had to find an assisted living for my mom when my brother passed away suddenly. I contacted A Place For Mom for guidance. Savannah Court in Haines City Florida was one of the places they recommended. Mom and I toured the facility and had lunch there. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They made took care to make mom comfortable and encouraged her to get involved in activities. I know mom is safe and busy. They made the transition easy for both mom and me. I highly recommend Savannah Court.

I am very happy with most everything at Savannah Court of St. Cloud. One thing that I can think of to critique is their schedule for cleaning the rooms and doing the laundry could improve. Also, my sister has dementia and there have been a couple of instances where they haven't been as patient as they should be with her. The food is good, but they need to inform the residents what the alternatives are if they do not like the main choice. My sister forgets that she can ask so if she does not like the main option she just does not eat. Those are a few areas for improvement, but again, overall it has been a good experience. The staff is great, and everything else about the experience has been wonderful.
