The Club at Lake Wales

This place feels at home. The staff always willing to help. [name removed] was wonderful explaining the facilities of The Club. She gave me the time to make sure I was happy with the place. I had been using the Adult Care Program. First the Half day and also the whole day program. Their food offered is great. [name removed]will addressed any doubts concerning your significant other needs. They have a new employee from Puerto Rico. I felt so happy. She is bilingual. I think her name is [name removed]. She was great with my husband the day he stayed the whole day. I can just have positive comments about this place. I highly recommended it.

Very caring and friendly place. The staff is excellent. There are many activities for the resident to participate in. Would recommend this place for any of my family members. Consider this place for good care for your family member.

Newer resident of The Club and the needs have been met with professionalism and compassion. Understanding the changes of one's life style going from own home to assisted living can be challenging, but everyone is so welcoming that those changes are less difficult. Taking the time for "How you doing stop bys" means alot! During the move in process, the staff was very cooperative in letting family members set up the living arrangements (furniture, personal belongings, etc) to make the move easy. Contract and paperwork processed also with ease. A special thanks goes to the Wellness director for her conversations

Starting with the good. Both [name removed] and [name removed] have been excellent with communication and my mom’s care. They should be commended. They’ve been quick to respond when we’ve had concerns. My mom has been there about four weeks and someone lost her bottom dentures. Both my sister [name removed] and I immediately reached out to the Executive Director [name removed]. [name removed]sent an email and I left two phone messages on two different days. It has been almost a week and neither of us have received a response from [name removed].

My sister-in-law and I were shown around by [name removed], who was very nice and informative. She answered all our questions thoroughly. The staff is attentive and helpful. Both the staff and residents are quite friendly. Looking around while on tour, I noticed the facility was very clean. The dining room is pleasant and well lit. There are a variety of activities to choose from. The move in went smoothly.

[name removed] was on the ball and keeping me informed of what was going on she’s an asset to your company I recommend her highly everything she told me was honest and reliable I recommend to anyone interested give [name removed] a call if she doesn’t answer leave a message she’s very helpful and will return your call faster than I had from others I tried working with

This is a beautiful community. Everyone was smiling as we toured by [name removed] who was beyond sweet and knowledgeable. The other residents seemed to really enjoy the community. This is a I look forward to coming to.

Beautiful facility and the staff are really sweet. You can tell they really care about their residents and treat them like family. Enjoyed their "Christmas in July" marketing event. Residents seem happy.

The staff were friendly from the time we walked up to the front doors. [name removed] met us with a smile at the door and showed us around the community. It smelled really nice and everyone we met seemed so happy here. The staff were are smiling and happy we had a really great tour.

I am very happy with my husband's care. Very nice staffing. He gets good care. He seems to be content and well cared for. They are always keeping me updated and willing to help with anything.

Lived here 1 year following open heart surgery, death of husband and sale of home. Administration friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They made me feel safe. We need more aids or techs on weekends and changes in meals

I enjoy our crafts very much- and the person in charge is a very giving person, always pleasant and helpful. #1.

I think this facility is very good and that they do a really good job here. The one thing that I really like is that it's a smaller community, which I feel makes it more family friendly. The staff is great, they go out of their way to be accommodating. When we walk in, everyone knows who my mom is and knows her by name. When I pick mom up, she's always in a great mood and has made new friends. Communication with the family is very good. The activities have been great, however, the Activities Director recently left and they're working on hiring a new one. She played a big part in the day to day for the residents, especially with keeping them active and engaged. So hopefully they find a new one soon. The only suggestion I would offer is to maybe have a bi-weekly or monthly newsletter to keep families updated and informed. That would be a great and helpful thing to have. But overall, we're very happy with this facility and my mom is given excellent care here. I would recommend them to family and friends.

My mother really liked this community right off the bat, the friendliness of the staff and overall cleanliness of the place really stood out to us. We would recommend the Savannah Court of Lake Wales to others.
