Our family cannot express enough appreciation for the loving care Comfort Keepers provided for our mother. Your team of "Comfort Keepers" stepped in and took excellent care of her around-the-clock. They were all dedicated, caring, professional and compassionate caregivers. We would enthusiastically recommend Comfort Keepers to any family in need of in-home care.

Do not have a lot of experience - the interview meeting and introduction were very professional, but the companion only worked two days before mom was again hospitalized and passed. (my cost per month does not apply here - only two days)

All I can say about the Comfort Keepers service is that they have been very helpful and accommodating. My loved one and I are very happy with the care - givers that they send over and I have no complaints.

Comfort Keepers is doing a wonderful job helping my mom recover from a broken arm that can't repaired surgically. I no longer medications and know sh is eating healthy foods.

Working with Comfort Keepers has been a really good experience so far. The caregiver goes above and beyond to make sure my Mom is comfortable and keeping her room clean. Gloria (the caregiver), makes breakfast and dinner and does a great job. All in all it's been great!

We have been using Comfort Keepers for my Mom, age 94, who chooses to continue to live independently as long as possible! She no longer drives and depends on me to take care of her needs at home, financially, and in the community. They have been excellent, are very easy to work with, and are eager and ready to make needed changes to schedules as they arise. The coordinator with whom we work is available (or an assistant who covers) 24/7 by phone and are always eager to help. The 2 ladies who come to the house for my Mom are very polite and friendly and are hard workers who give Mom a sense of independence while they help her as needed. I have already recommended them to many other friends and community acquaintances. Being a retired Social Worker and private Therapist, my expectations were pretty high for help for my Mom, and Comfort Keepers has far exceeded those expectations!!

The lady that came to the house was very nice with a lot of information for various needs. I really appreciated all of her input.

My parents absolutely love Stella at Comfort Keepers. She is phenomenal. My mom is doing incredible. Stella is dependable and is always there when she is supposed to be. My dad even tried to dismiss her early one day and she told him she was there till 2 pm so she is staying till 2 pm. Whatever Stella is doing it is working. Everything is just going beautifully.

I am pleased with the help I am getting from Comfort Keepers and the lady that comes to my house is a hard worker and she comes on time or lets you know if she may be late due to traffic or car problems

Comfort Keepers has done all that was promised. My father is heading towards 90 and a very particular man. Four different care givers came to care for him and he has ask that Audrey be his regular person. She is kind and soft spoken, and has an Infectious laugh. My father feels very comfortable with her each week. Thank you so much for your attention to his needs and preferences.

Good Service and Great Staff

In my opinion they are the best of this catergory in Memphis. They take care of the families needs and put their needs first. Don't shop around use the ones who have the experience and no how to handle mom or dad or a love one.. Call them you will be 100% satisfied!! Best in Memphis/ North Ms

Having Comfort Keepers come into my in-laws home has taken quite a bit of stress off of my husband and me. They come in for 4 hours a day, five days a week. There is always someone at the appointed time. If a new person is coming out, they are introduced by someone that they already know, so there is no cold calls. My in-laws seems to enjoy having someone there and it also gives them some one outside the family to talk to.

When Grandpa was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor we all began to fall apart emotionally. Months later, he couldn’t find the words he wanted to say; the vision from his left eye was nearly gone, he’d fallen twice, and he’d begun to have trouble swallowing. His oncologist said the prognosis was poor…and that Grandpa needed to get his affairs in order. Each member of our family spent many hours with him, but there were still times when he would have to be left at home alone…so we called Comfort Keepers for help. The staff there helped us create a schedule that ensured Grandpa would not be left alone, and the caregivers fixed his special-diet meals, read to him his favorite newspaper, helped with laundry and light housekeeping which was a blessing for Grandma, and spent many hours in conversation with Grandpa while we were all at work or school. Grandpa’s condition deteriorated, so we contacted a hospice which provided an RN as well as a social worker who helped the family understand what was happening with Walt. The Comfort Keepers caregiver came to my grandparents' home a little more frequently and stayed a little longer, making it possible for our family to remain with him as much as possible and not worry about vacuuming, buying groceries or walking the dog. Grandpa passed away at home as he’d requested, surrounded by his entire family. Grandma said, “I don’t know how we would have managed Walt’s passing as well as we did without Comfort Keepers and hospice. They made it possible for us to focus solely on Walt…and that made all the difference.”

How can I thank all of you enough for what you did to care for my Mom? I could not have done this on my own. The care and compassion you showed my Mom was truly amazing. Suzanne, you were always on top of getting extra help when we needed it. You were always so kind. Our "Comfort Keeper" Ashley and Bert became Mom's angels. Mom was appreciative of their loving care and attentiveness. The flowers that you sent were beautiful but not as beautiful as the people you are. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was given the name of Comfort Keepers by a third party, as I was at a complete loss where to fine help. The response from Comfort Keepers was overwhelmingly gratifying and they have gone out of their way in supplying great help to my mother. I have called them several times since then to change out my mothers care plan and they have done so immediately without a hiccup.
