The facilities were clean. Floors were swept and moped regularly, along with vacuuming. The cafeteria area was free of crumbs or food sitting out. The individual rooms were cleaned weekly or more, if needed. Staff was extremely helpful, very nice, and answered any and all questions we had from the first visit to the day we moved her belongings out. The nurses were great with her meds and at the beginning of the end, kept us updated on changes in behavior, eating habits and so on. They also helped with getting hospice help.

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience here at Country Terrace. [Name removed] runs a tight ship, her attention to detail is incredible. She is personable and professional, communicates well and has her residents best interests always at the forefront. We have found her team members to be long standing employees. They really seem to care about treating the residents like family - very patient and kind. Everyone is on a first name basis, it's such a relaxed and comfortable environment. My Mom has made the transition well and when my Dad visits (daily), he is made to feel welcomed.
