At Transitions they have taken good care of my mom. They are very attentive to my mom's health and they follow up to make sure things are taken care of .It is a nice place for the money. I recommend it to anyone looking for reasonable care options. The room layout is like a hotel. They have done a good job during the Pandemic managing all the residents and keeping them safe.
I believe that [name removed] had the best last 4 1/2 months of his life there. The food and everything was exemplary. The staff was attentive. The entire staff....house cleaning, nursing , PT, everything. It really did feel like a home away from home. I had some people at the local Veterans Office tried to poo poo them. They are the real deal and they are not a scam like I was told by my local Veterans Office. I only hope if I have to go into Assisted Living one day that I would be able to go into such a wonderful facility.
My uncle is doing really good here. We like that he is active and enjoys the activities.The menu is appealing. The staff are attentive and do the best that they can and we like that he is getting the attention and care that he is needed.
