Entree's could be a little tastier but many other options. Overall care cleanliness friendliness activities everything is good. Very expensive though not sure how long we can keep him there and what will come next. The facility is very helpful in explaining everything in detail and will meet with families and answer phone calls any time. The whole family is very satisfied with my dad's happiness there. He is 97 and has all of his faculties so if he's happy we are all happy. It truly is a great place.
It is lovely. If you can afford it, it is a great place to live and create community. We picked this community because of the availability of memory care space and proximity to my home.
Residence at QH has provided outstanding care for my father. He started as an independent resident, moved to assisted living, and now to memory care. I feel that this facility has helped ease the transitions every step of the way and have been responsive to questions/concerns/suggestions.
