This is the best facility I’ve ever visited. It’s always super clean and the staff is amazing. So many fun activities! Every time I visit I’m greeted with friendly caring people who always make my visits enjoyable. The care my loved one receives is too notch. My grandfather truly loves being a resident here. The administrator is wonderful and she has hired a lot of friendly and caring people. There are definitely "fancier" facilities with more amenities but Heritage Place feels "homey" and loves their residents!
The Villages of Windcrest is very good at activities for the residents. Their food is good. They lack a little in nursing care-especially on the weekends. The staff communication with the family is fair. There are three meals a day and the residents have some choices.
