I have to say I have no complaints. The nurses and staff have been really wonderful to me. Everyone has been very nice and caring. They met all my needs in a timely manor and everything was clean and smelled good. The therapy has been helping me a great deal. Overall I would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone who wants great care with wonderful staff members.
I can’t say enough about the care my brother received from everyone at Provident. They were caring and helpful from day one. They went above and beyond to make it work for him. I am so grateful for them. And thanks to A Place For Mom for pointing me to Provident.
They're very outgoing and pleasant, and they take care of their patients. My wife pushes the button, the CNA will come in a turn off the button and she doesn't log it or tell somebody. They are very friendly. They give lots of hugs. They are very good at cleaning. The only thing I have a problem with his air condition system. It blows right on you, and you can't adjust it.
