They may have a medicine desending system that is supposedly superior but it isn't. Not only is it not fail proof, it is pledged with errors. I was in rehab for half a month and if I had not monitored my own meds by name and mg, I would have had the wrong medicine just about everyday. Praying for those in there who are living in the past and have no idea what kind of meds they should be given. Beautiful decorations and appearance. Hit and miss cleaning and sanitation. If you have your loved one in residence, visit often and keep your eyes, ears and nose open. Be a watchdog. Don't assume all is well. But compliment staff when you see things are good. Don't forget to take your smiling face and smile Some of the residents need to know they are worthy of your smiles and attention. Many of them have forgotten how to smile.

They have always been very nice to me and my loved one. The facility is very clean. They feed everyone the same and when someone is on a medical diet they should not do that. They should be on special diets. Everyone has been very good at communication.

They're very outgoing and pleasant, and they take care of their patients. My wife pushes the button, the CNA will come in a turn off the button and she doesn't log it or tell somebody. They are very friendly. They give lots of hugs. They are very good at cleaning. The only thing I have a problem with his air condition system. It blows right on you, and you can't adjust it.

The staff care is great! Their nursing care has been great! It's always been really clean! The meals are very limited on what can eat and they work with her on that. They call me and let me know things.

My loved one hasn't complained about anything at all! The employees are very friendly! They're taking good care of her.

I would definitely recommend Trinity! My loved one has remarkable improvement thanks to their rehab therapy! Some people are not as cordial as others. I would like to mention that anytime there has ever been a problem with the meals they rectify it immediately. She always says she is full so that's a good sign that she's eating. The communication has been really good and they answer all my questions.

They have done a very good job with my loved one. The staff is really good. Their nursing care is outstanding! The facility is very clean! Their communication is excellent!

I would not trade her being there for a million dollars. I am so happy she is there. The rehab therapists are working with her. She enjoys it. The people here make her feel really special. She came in sick and the minute she was brought in they put her into a shower and she had clean bedding. They call me at night to let me know how she is doing. They call me with any problems. There is nothing bad I can say about Trinity. There is no smell and the floors are stone. The floors are cleaned and polished. The windows are clean and there is no smell of feces or urine when I walk in the door. This is a new facility from what I understand. She is eating in the dining room here. I attribute that to her nurse and he talks to her. I called there and they told me what is going on.

During the first couple of days, there were some concerns. After that first couple of nights, everything could not have been better. Really good stay! I would recommend them. According to him, their rehab therapy is going well and also he is getting so much better! He has really improved here! After he talked to the dietitian, they were feeding him like a bird.

I've had trouble with the night cleaning staff. They took them to wash, and I didn't get one back. I've had a lot of people go out of their way to help me. I don't think I've met someone who wasn't friendly. The nurse refused to give her the medicine the doctor authorized. That's the only real problem I've had with the nurse. A couple of rooms didn't look like they were very clean. I'm having a really tough time getting information. There seems to be a problem communicating between the therapists and the Trinity.

The rehab therapists were excellent! Some of the staff were always great about giving verbal help and encouragement. Others did not think of the patient first and had their name tags covered. In some cases, I kept asking myself if the nurses had even been trained in how to do everything they're supposed to or expected to. The mopping was sloppy. They weren't getting in all the corners. He's had meals that he's enjoyed. I would still like to see encouraging more beverages. Unless I seek it out I don't hear much.

My loved one is not getting the care she needs. The rehab end does a great job. I would recommend the facility only for their rehab services.

My loved one is very pleased with his therapy. You can tell that it is doing some good. The staff is very nice. I was very pleased with the cleanliness. My loved one didn't say a lot of good things about the meals. So far they've really tried to keep on top of keeping me informed on what's going on.

Absolutely I would recommend Trinity to a friend! My mother feels like she has died and gone to heaven! She actually stood up in the middle of their church services and declared how well they are treating her at Trinity. The nurses here are so good about laughing and joking with my mother. When you walk in there is no odor. The meals are the only complaint she has had but there is nothing that can be done. She complains about the lack of flavor but she does not have any taste buds. When I called the facility it was easy to get through. They were very accommodating.

Very nice and clean friendly..My mother is in there..the only problem I have is they can't get my mother's and her room mates phones fixed they are always switched with some one else's..with makes it very frustrating when your in another state.. But her care is good there has a good recreational area the girl [name removed] is amazing always has a smile on her face..any thing we need to know from staff there with you till it's figured out...

My loved one was participating in more rehab therapy and she is better since she has been there. Nursing care has been excellent to me. All the staff has been very friendly. The facility was very clean. It is an excellent place, but you have to consider it is a new place. Communication has been good.

My loved one seems like she is doing better, thanks to the rehab therapy services provided. The staff is doing their jobs. Communication is good. They let me know things. The therapist talked to me about her shoes.

My loved one has never complained about the cleanliness. Now there are times when he gets upset about the food. There are healthier options they have, but he would rather eat the burgers and pizza instead. Overall, they try to satisfy him.

It is very good overall. She complains a lot about the food. Sometimes they only have one meal and don't offer an alternative.
