It's great. The nurses are great. The staff is good. He is in good hands here. They are so friendly. Housekeeping keeps his room spotless. He doesn't like some of the food.

The meals are pretty decent. For an establishment like this, they are great! It has improved since the beginning. They could still use more help to be able to care a little bit more for the residents. They seem to be understaffed, especially with the evening shift. I would recommend this facility only if the patient has family members that are coming to be there for them.

The nurses are absolutely number one. Everybody is worth a million. The nurses are awesome and care about their patients. If it comes down to my mother having to live long-term at a nursing home, it would be this place. My family really likes them and what they do. There is an aide my mother loves to pieces. They are very friendly. It is very clean. They are in there two and three times a day. The tables are wiped. The floors are swept and mopped every day, and they keep checking the trash can. I go there every day and they ask how I am doing. The coordinator for hobbies and crafts is good. Someone in the office keeps me updated all the time. The meals look good. They are good now that they straightened out bringing her things she could not eat.

It is good but the food is cold by the time it gets to him.

It is a beautiful place and nice people. Aside from a few issues, I am very satisfied with her being there. It is clean and set up well. The lunches and dinners are great but there is the same breakfast every morning and the toast was so hard and could be used for tile. There was a couple of times when the nurses did not get to help her soon enough. The communication could be improved, as no one is really saying whether she is improving or not improving.

I have no complaints about the nurses. My loved one likes to eat there.

My mother has just been very happy there. They keep her busy and that is wonderful. I haven't seen her having any troubles with not being dressed or anything like that. They have beauty shop and many different things to make the experience easier. The admissions director has been very helpful. The activities director also. The staff on the floor is very nice and responsive. She loves the food! That is one thing my mother commented about. She said this food is fresh and it's good! They will answer any questions when I call or go there. I don't have any problems with asking anyone. They are very helpful.

I think the food is good. My loved one is going to therapy and they told me how he is doing. Some of the staff is really nice. It is pretty clean. It is pretty good, but sometimes, they do not give him a bath.

It was a nice place, and the people were nice and everything. The nurses were all very nice. I had no complaints about the staff. The food sometimes was very, very good, but sometimes it was really bad. It took too long after we pressed the call button to get help. Sometimes it took a half hour or something.

My loved one feels comfortable and really likes it there. The nurses are wonderful and real sweet. The staff is all really good people. The cleanliness is A+. She says the food is good. The communication is spot on.

Overall, my husband's experience with the facility went very well! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The administrator was very nice. The admissions director was also very helpful. They were very good with their communication throughout my husband's stay and kept me informed throughout the process. I do not agree that patients should be able to choose their meal options, seeing as they are choosing unhealthy options. Maybe the facility could limit the unhealthy options.

It was great overall.

I was proud of them. They were very friendly when I called them for help, and they did everything I asked them to do. The nurses and aides were great. I liked one of the aides who worked in the morning. It was very clean. The meals were great. I had a lot of pain in the beginning, and they tried to sooth me and listen to my complaints.

It is good overall, but some of my loved one's medications that are given are not distributed at the proper times they are prescribed for.

They treated me right and everything was okay. The therapy was good. The nurses were good, and I liked them all. The aides did their job, and they were good. I have no complaints. It was really clean. The meals were alright. The communication was good.

It is a very new place and very good. The therapy is going well. They have very good technicians there. The nurses are good. The head of housekeeping is very good, and the person who puts the food trays out is very friendly. There was a problem with housekeeping, but they addressed it right away. Housekeeping is in there constantly. The food is outstanding. The level of communication is good. The administrator is out and talking with you, not a stay-behind-the-desk kind of person.

My loved one's death was peaceful and quiet. He was treated so beautifully. It was like a four-star hotel. He was treated kindly and gently. He was in good hands. The nurses were wonderful people. It was very quiet and calm in hospice. It was peaceful. The staff was very friendly. We were amazed. It was spotless, and there was never an odor ever. The entrance was gorgeous and had plants. The administrator was so kind. It was really something.

Everything was great.
