Carolina Care Retirement Community in Cherryville, NC
5.0

Carolina Care Retirement Community is very clean and maintained. A great value for the price. The other nearby residents are friendly and quiet. The staff has been very helpful from the time we requested information through now. The housekeeping staff is efficient, dependable and trustworthy. The move-in was well planned, with keys being provided upfront and follow up over the next few days to ensure a good adjustment. The two meals per day is plenty with many options. Having it delivered to the door is a great option also. I would highly recommend this place for someone downsizing or needing Independent Living, but with meals and care being provided as needed.

Terrace Ridge Assisted Living in Gastonia, NC
4.5

Naturally there is a staffing shortage but the staff members are trying their best and the staff we have met are very friendly. Our loved one is very happy there, the value is worth it because she is getting all the attention and care she needs. It has been excellent. The meals are not the best, that could use a little help sometimes there isn't a chef and the service is a little slow. However the activities are great, our loved one is really enjoying everything they have to offer.

TerraBella Shelby
4.0

My loved one is currently a resident at TerraBella Shelby and overall I would say that things are good. The move in process was pretty smooth. The staff are super nice and welcoming. Communication with the family could be better, but it is okay. The value for cost is not so great as families are responsible for supplying their loved one's supplies separately. Overall though, TerraBella Shelby is a nice facility.
