My first time touring this facility [Removed], the director, is very friendly and hospitable. The entire staff from what I have seen is very good. They do a great job as well keeping the place clean and organized. They also seem to have plenty of activities for the residents to participate in. It is like they have some form of entertainment daily. Most of the residents there as well are friendly. For the price that you are getting I would recommend this place to other families.... This facility is so unkept. My sister inlaws bed was unmade no sheets just a filthy covering for the mattress. My feet were sticking to the floor and crumbs all over the place. It smells like rotten bologna in the hallways. Needs major painting and cleanliness done . The elderly deserve to live in nice clean spaces not dumps, respect that please. Umm staff was knowledgeable but abit snippy. We did not place my in law here she admitted herself because she has bad memory problems not all with it and needs some real help mentally but because she refuses to except she needs help she is going to fall through the cracks of our system and it is very sad to watch therefore facility gets money for what her not to eat for her not to bathe for her not to have clean room or clothes and not to have a cool room it was so very hot in there and not allowed to open the windows for some fresh air. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS FACILITY.

I have always found Cleveland house staff to be very warm and inviting. The residents always seemed in good spirits as they interacted with us during our inspirational moments group activities. Min. [name removed] Volunteer Speaker

I toured this community and I would never place anybody I know here. The place was so dirty and staff wasn't helpful with any questions. The people were just laying all over the place looking like they couldn't move like they were stuck. I chose another community.

A Place for Mom has scored Cleveland House 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
