Cleanliness was, I would say, above average. That was the thing they did the best. The only activities they had consistently were movies, bingo and once a month a one man band kind of thing. there were two people to a room, and they could bring a tv or dresser but the rest was hospital beds and felt very much like a hospital.
The meals are fine, just typical hospital type food. The doctors have called as they've seen her, but nobody else has really reached out in the week she's been there.
The staff at the East Northport Bristal is always kind. They always have a smile on their faces and are genuinely sweet and loving to my mom. The facility is ALWAYS spotless and beautiful to live in or visit. The only area I see occasional improvement for is the food. It is not always hot and more fresh veggies needed. The personal care and overall facility is excellent.
