Split Rock Nursing Home

I love this place. The call button is so useful. I can keep hitting it and somebody shows up instantly. All of the aids are fantastic. I want to get cleaned up in the morning, and dressed and they are always there to assist me .

Very satisfied. The staff there is phenomenal, they go above beyond. Social services are great too. The meals are very appealing and the atmosphere is very welcoming and nice. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking.

Hello, my name is Vivian. I live at split rock nursing home. in my opinion, this nursing home is a wonderful place to be because your family and you are treated professionally with wonderful staff. Each department has its expertise who meet your needs. My favorite department is the recreation department. I get to create beautiful and wonderful works of art. Although all the other departments are fantastic this one stands above them all. I came here because my weight was very high and needed bariatric surgery They worked with me and put me on proper diet to become healthy. Also, the psychiatric department showed me tools how I can be able to work through my anxieties. Overall My experience has been excellent. I Highly recommend this facility to many others. Because I feel it's the best and your family will be well taken care of.

The service here is excellent. The food is great as well as the cleanliness. The recreation department does a wonderful job at keeping all the residents entertained. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs a place for their loved ones.

As a resident here at Split Rock, I enjoyed my stay. It's an interesting experience being in a nursing home rehab. The staff here have been good to be and have made sure that all my needs are met. This has been the best experience for me.

I have been a resident at Split Rehab and Health Care Center for past eight years. Thanks to the wonderful care from nursing and the therapy department for keeping myself actively involved in the many diverse and enjoyable activities. I have improved physically and am returning home. I would also like to compliment the dietary department for the variety of delicious meals. I am forever grateful for Split Rock. Thank you!!!

Absolutely amazing facility. Great care, great team of nurses, good food. Really have nothing bad to say about this facility. Will 100% recommend families to this facility. Thanks to the team over there!!

The whole recreation department is amazing. They are very helpful and caring. These girls do their jobs with a smile on their faces. The entertainment that [name removed] books is also really good and the activities we do as residents are enjoyable. They are always looking for the residents.

Very bad nursing home they treat patients badly like they are in prison hang up on family members and steal they clothing or don't change their diapers the CnaS don't say hello they are very spiteful no respect. The only. Place that's nice is physical therapy they threw out my uncle's dentures twice how abusive is that. How evil is that the worst nursing home and they lie a lot write there own reviews

Split Rock is a great place I would definitely refer anyone to bring their family to be put there! Staff are great, the admissions department is awesome, and they're very helpful and professional.

The only thing about that place is physical therapy the CNA's are the worst with bad attitudes don't smile or say hello I saw ants in the room. My father needed a blanket plus they steal clothing.and use drugs.bad nursing home

The staff at split rock rehabilitation were very good to me. The food is great. The care is excellent. My wife was a previous resident and liked it here. Her care was excellent and that's why I chose to come here. I pushed for the hospital to send me here.

The staff and service is very good at split rock rehab. The rehab staff will really bring you back to who you were. I will come back to visit when I leave

All the nurses at Split Rock were nice to me. The food was good! I especially liked the BBQ's and birthday parties that we had.
