When I have been up there, I would say they are pretty good. They have been pretty friendly and helpful. The ones that take care of my husband, they seem to very caring towards him. It's always been clean when I go in! He has said the food is good, and he has been eating alright! The nurses will tell me that he ate his supper just fine. They are pretty up front with me about that. When I ask they will tell what he is doing and how he is doing.

So far I have been extremely pleased. Everyone there is real friendly. They have been able to sway her into liking it, she didn't want to move, and they have made the transition easy. She thinks of it as home now. It's always clean, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the communication is good, they keep me in the loop. They go on outings. Marge the director sends me pictures of the things going on, they had a tea party, and they sent pictures of that. They were working on a float for the fall parade. There are only 13 residents there, so they get good one on one care, and time. They are able to keep her active and involved, which has helped so much. I would recommend them to anyone.

When I first walked in the door I was wowed. It is very clean and brand new. Care givers are compassionate. My husband is a tough customer, he is an old farmer that thinks he is 19 and they are doing a great job with him. He is in a private room and has his own space. He loves the food. They try a lot of activities like cards and trivia which he does there which he never did at home. He likes the virtual cat and dog that they have he pets them and it calms him. I told them that he likes planes and has flown planes so the care givers talk to him about planes and help him looking through his books I have brought in for him. My only concern has been him falling out of bed, but he did that at home as well. I asked about putting a mat down but that was tripping hazard. They are working on good options that meet their guidelines to help with his issue. I can relax knowing that is being taken care of.
