Is the staff nice? Here at Brightstar these questions are reassured right in front of your face. From the moment you walk in, staff is so bubbly and friendly. Almost everytime I come to the community, there's some fun activity going on in the common areas. From live music to happy hour, even UNO! The residents seem far from bored. I love how small this building is as well, it makes it all the better. Everyone knows everyone. This facility is always clean and smells great. The food is made from scratch and there are a minimum of 6 activities per day! (WOW)

I would give 5's to all the categories. My aunt was only there 3 weeks. When we went for the tour everyone was so nice and friendly. Every time I went to visit my aunt everyone said Hi and they knew my name. She loved the food and doing the activities. The only thing was the first few days her call button was not working well but they got it fixed. I would definitely recommend Chandler Place to other people.

I highly recommend Autumn Trace Assisted Living in Columbia City, Indiana. They provide a safe, clean, and healthy environment for the people who live there. I am impressed by the way the staff all work together to provide the services that the residents need. They have a nurse that will set up medications and staff give medication reminders and supervise medication taking. They allow small pets. They have an inexpensive room that family can rent when visiting. The food is good and you can select what you would like to eat from a daily menu. My mother is comfortable, talks about how friendly everyone is, and she enjoys living there.
