Senior Living is not only a tough transition for the family, but it's also hard finding the community that fits mom or dad's needs. Is there activities for them to do? Is the food good? Is the staff nice? Here at Brightstar these questions are reassured right in front of your face. From the moment you walk in, staff is so bubbly and friendly. Almost everytime I come to the community, there's some fun activity going on in the common areas. From live music to happy hour, even UNO! The residents seem far from bored. I love how small this building is as well, it makes it all the better. Everyone knows everyone. This facility is always clean and smells great. The food is made from scratch and there are a minimum of 6 activities per day! (WOW)

Never have I worked with a group of people who go above and way beyond for their clients. They spent many hours on the phone with me and giving me advice and helping with contacts. Greatest customer service around.
