This is a place I would recommend you check out for your loved one. The staff are wonderful and friendly to work with. The staff communication has been great with the family. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and it is a dining room. If the resident doesn't like what is being served the staff are willing to accommodate a request made by the resident.
We thought this facility was exceptional for cleanliness. The staff and head nurse are awesome.??. Makes this time much easier for me and my family.??????????. We live in VA, and will be visiting again! As long as momma needs or lives, we’ll keep in contact. My siblings live in Cairo and Thomasville, but I have MANY friends in Pelham. (1975 graduate of Pelham High)
Having only been in this community 2 months. I can only tell you this because of Covid, the place has been more or less shut down. I do not feel I can fairly make a positive review since our time is mostly spent in one apartment. I feel communications is not up to par. A weekly report would be much appriciated.
