I would recommend this facility. The only things I would comment on are; 1) l think they were a little under staffed, especially on weekends; and 2) they need to figure out a better system to handle laundry (my mom's laundry was lost). Overall, my experience at Brookdale Littleton was pretty good.
My loved one was a resident at Cadence Aurora for a little over a month. Some of the staff was excellent while others not so good. I do not think her room was ever cleaned while she was there. Some of her clothes were not returned after they were sent for washing and she received other people's clothes when her clean ones were returned. This facility was/is very close to my house so very easy for me to get there quickly. I do not think I would recommend this facility to others.
We did not find another facility in Denver that met all the medical needs for our mom like B.Suites.@DTS. Her care there was over 3 years. We found the staff and workers appreciating and assisting mom on every level. No complaints from this family. Even when there was some normal concerns we always found a listening ears from staff and adjustments or improvements were made. We made many friendships coming and going to see her. Mom was very involved with the community there. We are very grateful to all those that served and made her life more comfortable and enjoyable at the hardest medical time of her life. She is so missed!
