Adelaide Place in Fond du Lac, WI
5.0

I'm grateful that the staff at Adelaide Place tries to take into consideration all the residents' preferences, even though it's not easy. I can hardly make my own family happy with a dinner choice because so many people like different things. My family member has received very good care there, and someone always calls me if there's a concern or something I need to be updated on. Look past the negative reviews and take the time to come and see for yourself.

I cannot say enough of the exceptional care he was given. The staff are ALL very extremely caring and comforting. Meals are great and facility very clean. Recommended very highly.

Complete guide to independent living

Fond du Lac, Wisconsin

Independent Living

If you would benefit from the peace of mind of having your housekeeping handled by professionalls while living life at your own pace, consider independent living. Occupants may continue to use their free time as they desire while their food is cooked by a professionall chef, housekeeping and laundry duties are handled by staff, and social activities are organized and scheduled. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to be among peers, in a community with others of similar ages and interests. Typically consisting of a private living space and a full kitchen, these communities offer homes with many of the amenities of apartment life but without the hassle. Guests can be invited over and entertained, and there will be more time to spend with them with the basic maintenance of daily chores out of the way. While policies vary between locations, numerous residences allow cats and dogs as well. If residents decide they would like to employ the services of independent medical providers, they always have the option. There are an assortment of benefits and expenditures to consider when deciding on an independent living community. It is important to determine if these amenities are covered in your plan: field trips, Waiting list deposit, move-in fee, transportation, cable TV, meals, private phone, and utilities. The benefits and amenities associated with independent living include laundry service, golf course, community activities, healthcare center, security guards, fitness center & swimming pool, restaurant-style dining hall, and concierge services.
