[name removed] was amazing, getting us all the information we needed to decide on a place. She was in constant contact making sure everything was going well. The place was very welcoming and clean. Moms one bedroom was a very nice size. [name removed] was very helpful with moms care. Nurses and residents were very friendly towards us. Mom never complained about the food and loved how personal the chef is. I am very happy with our decision in choosing Lake View Place.

The food was the biggest problem. Poor quality, not served warm, served late, too small portions, poor chefs. The activities were good when they happened but aside from Bingo there wasn't a lot going on most days. But my mom loved the residents and made a lot of new friends. [name removed] did a wonderful job transporting residents to appointments. [name removed] the CNA was great. But things like assistance with showering were always often forgotten or rescheduled or skipped due to staff shortages.

We chose Lake View Place because we really liked the layout of the facility and how the apartments were, the services provided, and the friendliness of the staff members. The room sizes are very spacious, they have lots of different options as well to choose from. Pre-COVID, the food was good, post COVID, my dad hasn't been happy with the food. Overall, I would absolutely recommend. My dad is very happy here.

My dad, [name removed], passed away on [date removed]. He was a resident of Lake View Place for near three years: The last year requiring full-time care. I cannot say enough of the exceptional care he was given. The staff are ALL very extremely caring and comforting. Meals are great and facility very clean. Recommended very highly.

Both of my parents are residents of Lake View Place and are very comfortable and happy there. They enjoy and participate in several weekly activities and especially enjoy the ones involving musical performances. It is reassuring for our immediate family to know that our parents are residing in a safe, clean and upbeat community with medical services readily available when needed and healthy meals provided. All staff that we have contact with are helpful, friendly and caring towards the residents and their families. From our experience, all immediate concerns are dealt with in a prompt, efficient manner. Overall, our parents and our whole family are grateful for the Lake View facility and are appreciative of all the efforts in caring for those who reside there.

We've lived here for 1.5 years and every day I look out the window and say 'Thank God we're here.' Our family is so grateful that we are safe and well taken care of.

I love this place for Mom. Beautiful dining room, plenty of activities and most importantly, a very caring staff. I only wish we had discovered this place sooner.

This is a lovely assisted living home. Everything is top notch from the chef meals to the beautiful apartments and lots of activities for a lot of different interests. My mother is very happy there and well taken care of. Thank you for running a 5 star business for our seniors!

Would love to commend each person from management through staff for the excellent care they provide daily. Their attitude is great. Even after working extra hours so often. The food is also great. I would recommend Lake View Place to everyone needing care.

We called to get pricing for this place, and they quoted us a price and said it was, “everything but added care.” When we moved in, suddenly we found out that having the nurse give you medication was $2,800/month extra. The Van was $2000/year extra, this was extra that was extra. I can understand the nurse/care costs, but that is crazy pricing. Be very careful, you will soon find out that the price they tell you is doubled.

Exceptional, caring staff. Always ready to help and/or listen. Happy residents who care and look out for each other. Plenty of engaging activities. Rooms are large, clean and bright. my mom enjoys the pet option, and her neighbors dogs! Very happy with the homey, cosy atmosphere at Lake View!

I work for a very reputable doctor in town. We have had several patients that have resided at Lakeview and seldom have I heard complaints. However, when it comes to communication with the residents provider and answering the telephone they are far less than stellar. We need to be able to communicate with staff in order to care for our patients.

Everything is as presented in the tour. Staff is top notch and very caring. It’s a beautiful facility with great food. I have early onset dimension and staff take very good care of me.

I had a tour of the facility with [Removed]. I was very welcomed and met so many friendly people ~ being introduced to each as we walked the halls. L.V.P certainly has ample amenities where father can feel at home, be entertained, have their needs taken care of, etc. etc. Because I having 3 siblings and their families in the Green Bay area I chose to make my new home in that area of the state. My mother lived at Lake View Place for nearly 5 years and, during that time, she transitioned from independent living to needing increasingly higher levels of care. Fortunately, she was able to stay in the same apartment throughout that entire time and the necessary services were brought to her -- not having to move at this point in one's life is truly a blessing! The staff at Lake View is friendly and engaged, and many of them have worked there for years. They get to know the residents and promote a caring and positive environment. Also, the nursing and administrative staff are well organized and go out of their way to be helpful. And communication was excellent, which was especially helpful for me, as I live out of state. All in all, I hold Lake View Place in high regard.

I placed my father in assisted living here back in March and I have to say wow what an amazing place. Their staff, services and cleanliness is exceptional! My dad's physical and emotional state is so much better now then when he first came in because of these caring people. They are always quick to respond whenever I have questions or concerns and are incredibly supportive when you need help. It's comforting knowing my father is in such a great community!
