My Mother had spent a lot of time at this facility, and she passed on to Heaven here, Mom seemed to like it, and enjoyed her time there, I have several pictures of her at the facility, Celebrating her Birthday, Christmases and other Holidays, and she Always had a Big Smile on her face, and enjoyed her time there, I appreciate the faculty in making my Moms experience a happy and joyous one, I'm sure everyone remembers [name removed] and [date removed] Thank you sooo much.
I am so thankful I choose Greystone for my mom in the independent living. The staff is wonderful and always go above and beyond. There is no doubt in my mind that my grandmother is being cared for. This is such a relief for me and my family! [name removed] made every step of the move in process smooth and has not disappointed us since she has been there. She is going on 8 months now and everything is as good as she promised it would be. Would highly recommend Greystone to anyone needing it or considering placement for family members.
The reason we chose Dogwood Crossing is our family member has more flexibility there / isn't confined to a certain bed or space. For an elderly person going through hardships, it's nice to have that flexibility. And I also like that residents can be checked out of the facility for outings if they're healthy enough. I think they do a good job overall. The facility is clean when I come to visit. And the staff are friendly to me, although they do seem a little short-staffed.
