My Mother had spent a lot of time at this facility, and she passed on to Heaven here, Mom seemed to like it, and enjoyed her time there, I have several pictures of her at the facility, Celebrating her Birthday, Christmases and other Holidays, and she Always had a Big Smile on her face, and enjoyed her time there, I appreciate the faculty in making my Moms experience a happy and joyous one, I'm sure everyone remembers [name removed] and [date removed] Thank you sooo much.
My father is no longer there though. But we love The Havens. . Excellent experience. Very clean. Incredible staff. Very genuine. Wonderful quality of care. The staff was always attentive. With the meals, there was something good every day my dad would say! . A lot to do and everyone participates, nice areas for activities. Value for cost - our only issue. We moved in at a good cost and in less than a year the amount went up and that amount didn't include the room fee yet. We had to move my father out of a wonderful place as we could not afford the increase, especially since he hadn't been there a full year yet. This is an incredible place, wonderful people to care for your loved ones. Clean and beautiful. If you can afford the care it is a 5 rate, however be aware of unexpected rate increases.
