Very helpful staff. Friendly, kind and always willing to help. Facility was in the process of being redone/redecorated while mom was moving in. It made such a big difference in the overall appearance...very welcoming and inviting. Lovely.
I leased an apartment at Casa De Oro and just moved in. It has been a wonderful and friendly experience. I have a beautiful apartment that overlooks the bay. The morning light is fabulous. I looked at all the reviews before coming out to visit. I loved the property and the manager leased me a wonderful apartment. My experience was wonderful from the cleanliness to the wonderful fragrance throughout the building is so nice. I haven’t had use for maintenance yet. I look forward to living here.
All staff are very compassionate and helpful, creating a family type atmosphere. My parents lived in their home 61 years when they moved to Viera. Warm, Friendly people helped the transition to be easier...now they call it home. Facility is lovely yet comfortable and inviting.

Independent Living Communities provide a solid solution. Seniors may use their free time as they desire while their food is prepared by a professionall chef, housekeeping and laundry duties are handled by staff, and social activities are scheduled and organized. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy an opportunity to live among peers, in a community with others of similar age groups and backgrounds. Residents’ quarters consist of a private living space with their own kitchen. The independence of apartment life is still enjoyed, offering opportunities to entertain guests and visitors in a private and personal setting. While policies differ between locations, numerous residences allow pets as well. If medical or nursing support is desired, residents may always utilize the services of private caregivers.
