My loved one is currently a resident at Morada Cedar Hill and everything about the experience has been great. The staff and care services are great. The cleanliness and friendliness are also great. It's a beautiful facility! I would recommend Morada Cedar Hill to others.
I think it is great. Everybody is close knit like a family. I have never been any place like this where all of the residents have joined together. Before COVID, the food was really good and it was fun. On Friday nights, we would have wine and different types of food. It was always a nice meal. I love my apartment. I have a little balcony with a courtyard view. I intend to just stay here. I never want to live anywhere else.
The staff is very helpful. The location is great. Right across the street, there's a shopping center that has food, home improvement, restaurants, banks, gas - pretty much anything you would need, which is very convenient. The place is basically new, so the apartment is very nice. And it's a great place to call home.

An Independent Living Community provides residents the opportunity to continue to live active lives while ensuring their care requirements have been met. You or your loved one can continue to use their free time as they wish while their food is prepared by a professionall chef, housekeeping and laundry duties are handled by staff, and social activities are organized and scheduled. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to live among peers, surrounded by others of similar ages and backgrounds. Within the individual units, residents have access to a private living space and a full kitchen, and can even live with a companion if they choose. While policies vary between communities, a number of residences allow pets as well. If medical or nursing assistance is desired, residents may always enlist the services of private caregivers.
