The Pointe at Lifespring in Knoxville, TN
5.0 / 5.0

The Pointe has been a wonderful place for my parents! The staff don't turn over often and are very kind and loving with the residents. They truly care and keep us informed of anything going on. [name removed] (front desk) is wonderful. [name removed] (director) also great. [name removed] (PT) is awesome. [name removed] (nurse) wonderful! I love the Pointe!

Chandler House Assisted Living in Jefferson City, TN
5.0 / 5.0

My loved one lives here and it's wonderful! So much better and more affordable than his last facility. The people here are wonderful. The nurses are so kind and helpful. They have a lot of activities and the residents are interactive. The staff encourages them to be. The memory care unit is a smaller unit and only 20 residents, which is great. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Independent Living

Independent Living Communities offer seniors a balance between an independent lifestyle and not having to worry about housekeeping. Frequent needs such as housekeeping and the scheduling of social activities are accounted for, which provides residents more opportunities to live active lives as they see fit. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to live among peers, surrounded by others of similar ages and interests. Within the individual units, residents have access to a private living space and a full kitchen, and can even live with a partner if they choose. While policies vary between communities, a number of residences allow cats and dogs as well. Nursing and health care services can always be arranged for with independent care providers if desired. There are a number of expenses and advantages to consider while deciding on an independent living community.
