For the three or so weeks we were at Fritzingertown, we were completely satisfied, no complaints. It was close by, so it was easy to stop by every day, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day! If there had been any issues, they would've gotten it. The staff was very friendly, and when we first took my loved one, she was upset and they spent an hour to calm her and she was fine, she had a private room, and they were overall excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
The property is neat and clean and very well maintained. The staff is extremely accommodating and attentive to our every need. Despite the pandemic, main staff have worked every day, even providing adult services such as delivery meals to my door. A minor complaint is that we only have one restaurant on site and because it is open to the public and is called a "clubhouse" the meals cost more than at the other retirement communities.
We are very pleased with The Village. One thing they have done very well is they are very responsive. If you need something or questions answered they are readily available.

If you or your loved one desire the convenience of having housekeeping and chores taken care of by professionalls while living life at your own pace, you might want to consider independent living. Basic tasks such as meal preparation and housekeeping are handled by staff and a calendar of recreational and leisure activities is provided, allowing residents an opportunity to use their time as they see fit, free from daily responsibilities. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to be among peers, surrounded by others of similar ages and interests. Within the individual units, residents have access to their own private living space and a full kitchen, and can even live with a partner if they choose. While policies vary between communities, many residences allow cats and dogs as well. If residents decide they would like to utilize the services of private health care professionalls, they always have the option. There are a number of costs and advantages to keep in mind when selecting an independent living community. It is important to learn if these services are included in your plan: housekeeping, initial assessment fee, internet access, cable TV, parking, laundry, field trips, and utilities. The conveniences associated with independent living include game/TV room, security guards, private rental hall, transportation, fitness center & swimming pool, golf course, community activities, and beauty salon & barber shop.
