The biggest thing was that every staff member that I talked to genuinely cared. I could not say enough about the staff there. The community is clean and the rooms are really nice and updated it is just a really nice place for your loved one. The staff communicated very well and explained everything that needed to be done. I had an issue with billing once and they took care of it quickly and always returned calls quickly whenever I called them.
The staff were wonderful to my mom. Their care was great. The cleanliness was nice. Very caring and understanding folks. I would recommend this facility to others.
The overall experience, and quality of care were reduced slightly due to a lack of communication between Grace's contracted Nurse Practitioner and myself. Unbeknownst to me, the nurse practitioner discontinued my mom's dementia medication. I wasn't made aware of this for twenty days, at which time I immediately requested that Grace restart the medication, which they did. Their food was of excellent quality, served hot with variety and adequate portions. I also appreciated how each resident was encouraged to participate in the daily activities to the extent that they were able. All other attributes met or exceeded our expectations. The care givers at Grace formed their own relationships with my mom and loved on her up to the moment she passed away. My mom enjoyed her caregivers and living there very much.

I love it here. It's a great place to live. Once you get used to it, it's very nice. The people are so friendly, both the other residents and the staff. And the care is good as well.
