It's the best community I would choose it again. This place was the cheapest and looking for a place now for my brother.

Heads up: This is no longer an assisted living community. Even said, be THANKFUL you're not looking at this place as an option for your loved one -- or even a less-than-loved one. New management here is absolutely terrible and has ruined what used to be a decent place. Before covid and while it was still congregated care with activities and optional communal dining, etc., it wasn't a bad place. It has since gone down the toilet and I won't be surprised when it's closed, which is a shame for the folks who need the lower-cost options and the couple of really NICE employees -- NOT THE MANAGER!!!! (Oh with the passive-aggressive signs everywhere!!) [Reviews/stars reflect current state of the place and the MANAGEMENT]

I have lived at Logan Park apartments for the past six years, there has lots of moving out, lots of who have died, (I think it's in the water), very unhealthy living, this is how.feel.!, right now we have lots of cops coming an going, an very soon, hopefully, the someone will be arrested an hopefully I will feel safer!! New management here since April 2021! and they are not friendly!! If you are looking for a Place for your Parent, say No to LP!

New rule #1, all entrance doors are locked 24 hours a day., 7 days a week, every week. The residents here, some need home care, some have friends ar family that want to visit. So new rules, those visitors can't get in without a resident opening the doors with walking to that door, some residents an friends of my mine, can't just jump up and run to doors. We need a better solution about the locked doors. That was never a problem before, we aren't idiots, we aren't insane, !! I thought prisoners were are in n lock down!! And that is exactly the way I feel living here. Now!! I heard our rent is going up $$$$, and I guess, even though my lease hasn't reached 12 months yet, I will be forced to sign a different lease in order to stay here @ Logan Park. This new management an I won't see eye to eye, on the new rules, I may need to call the governor!!!

A Place for Mom has scored Logan Park Congregate Care 3 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
