Thank you to Belle Reve’s for a fantastic move in for my father with dementia. He is adjusting so well in the community and it makes it so much easier for us knowing what wonderful care he is receiving. It is a nice, attractive facility in a nice and safe location. They are great with making sure that people check in and have their mask on and they have hand sanitizer everywhere. They are great with covid protocols. [name removed] was the person who helped us through the whole tour and move in process and she was great, super helpful. It has been a little hard to contact people but I know they are very busy. A lot of times I have to wait to get calls back. My dad said the food is great, he said it is like being on a cruise ship without the sea sickness. Something I really like it the shared rooms are actually 2 individual suites with a shared common area that has a kitchenette and bathroom. I did not see that at the other places I looked, I like that he can have his own space. We have overall been pleased with the experience.
Lovely, small intimate facility. Bit expensive and they don't accept state aid. Good ratio of helpers to residents. Excellent care for my mom.
