My loved one was previously a resident at The Carlucci Home and the experience at this facility was great. The staff and care team were great with my loved one. She was very well taken care of. I would recommend The Carlucci Home to others.

I chose this facility because I felt my mother would receive the best care here. I feel that my mom is completely safe and comfortable at Carlucci. It is very much a family environment.

I would say it's an excellent place, the residents are well taken care of and I never worry!Cleanliness the care is phenomenal and the aides , nurse and owner are very caring and always accomidating.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Carlucci Home and the experience has been great so far. The staff and facilities are well run and maintained. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The food and care services are also great. The Carlucci Home is like a family home for the residents! I would recommend this facility to anyone!

It's a family like atmosphere and staff provides excellent care. It's a very secure and safe yet homie setting. Also , it's a convenient location for us.

The owner [name removed] goes above and beyond with everything, she has advocated for our loved one to make sure she is on the right medication and personally takes care of our loved ones wounds. The staff/nurses/aids ratio to residents is like 5 to 1 person - so there is always someone there to help when needed. The cleanliness of the community is excellent and the staff members are just so friendly. Our loved one is content with the meals - some meals she loves and others are just okay. She does wish there was a little more activity going on. It is a little pricey but for the quality of care our loved one is receiving it is completely worth it.

The cost of the place isn't clearly explained, and it's extremely expensive. But they've been wonderful and provided good care. The staff are very caring, and I've had no problems with any of them. I know prior to Covid they had lots of activities, although I'm not sure what the current activities status is. When we would come for our outdoor visits, our loved one's hair, nails, and clothes were all clean, which we really appreciated after past negative experiences at different facilities.

When we were looking for a place for my mother we found visiting Assisted living homes to be great. However we wanted to know more. Reviews of verified prior residents or families were really important. I'm so glad we listened and visited The Carlucci Home. It was an easy drive from our home in NYC and the home surrounded by a peaceful country setting. Due to her health issues, she had become a "shut in". Once she moved to Calucci Homes she started making friends right away! She loved music and loved when the activities included live music played. Mom had become forgetful so knowing the nurses and staff made sure she took her meds, had good hygiene, and safety was just what she needed. We were always welcome and it was easy to see the care, respect and warm atmosphere.

My grandma lived at Carlucci Homes for many years and honestly I couldn't imagine a better place. Nana was a clean freak and the minute we got there I knew she would be in a great place. It was clean, warm, and friendly. The set up really flowed like a normal home. The ladies could join in activities or do there own thing. She could go sit outside on the deck and enjoy the wilderness. The food was homecooked. [names removed], both Nurses were so friendly and loved grandma and even us as family. Your mother, grandmother, etc. will be well cared for and happy you choose this assisted living home.

My grandmother lived at the Carlucci Homes. We loved visiting her and she was so happy there! Carlucci Homes is just that...a place that really feels like home. The Carlucci's and the staff were genuine in their care for my mom, and went above and beyond to make sure her needs were met. They make quality meals, with adjustments to her drinking thickening drinks she needed. They provided social activities, holiday celebrations. The place was immaculate and up to date on health and safety protocols so I always knew she was in a safe home. What a great place! Highly recommend.

I loved the place. When I get old I want to go there. I didn't have to worry while my mom was there. If she didn't like the food at meal time they would try to find something she would like to eat. The community is so nice, friendly, and clean. I felt very comfortable and really loved this place.

This is what they are stating they have: Indoor Common Areas - True. Devotional Services Offsite - False Vegetarian - False Meals Provided - True Beautician Onsite - True however, not an actual salon on site. Outdoor Common Areas - true Activities Onsite - on occasion, never consistent. On the actual website it states Day trips, completely false. The staff is incredible, the ladies that work there do an amazing job. The facility is VERY clean. However, sometimes there is a disconnect with the owner and staff. Very unprofessional at times.

Mom has been there for about one month now. She is very happy that she has made the move to Carlucci Home. This is a small community in a home setting. Staff is very attentive and responsive to resident and family needs. Owner is on property and available if necessary. There is nothing institutional about Carlucci Home. It is a diamond in the rough. Highly recommended.

This is a very nice home and my tour went very well. It is a smaller home compared to others. The staff was nice and friendly. The home appeared to be well maintained, everything that I saw looked nice and clean. They did inform me because of my mother's behavior they might have to hire some extra to care for her, and I would have to pay more. Other than that one issue, this is a nice home with kind people.
