Everleigh Cape Cod in Hyannis, MA
5.0

I chose Everleigh Cape Cod because I wanted an apartment that had a lease. They do have a wide variety of apartment sizes to choose from. It is a newer facility so it will be nice when more residents are moved in here. I would recommend to others looking.

Cape Cod Senior Residences in Bourne, MA
4.3

I would highly recommend Cape Cod Senior Residences to others. The staff is very caring. The meals were good. And the communication with the family was very good.

Royal at Harwich Village
5.0

I cannot express enough how amazing our experience has been with the Royal at Harwich Village. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and so caring. When we went for our first visit , we were very impressed with the facilities and all the activities they have available for the residents. We met with [Removed], RN, Executive Director, and she was so compassionate and understanding regarding what a difficult thing it can be to place a parent in assisted living. The food is wonderful , and the apartment my mother has is lovely. They are so kind and generous with their patience, and on night one, my mother said she loved it there. I could not be more pleased!

South Yarmouth, Massachusetts

Independent Living

For seniors who wish to live primarily without assistance but wish for the assistance of having housekeeping maintained by professionalls, an Independent Living Community might be the perfect option. Food preparation, leisure activities and housekeeping are handled for you while you are able to use your time as you wish. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to live among peers, in a community with others of similar ages and backgrounds. Within the individual units, residents have access to their own private living space and a full kitchen, and can even live with a companion if they choose. While policies differ between communities, many residences allow cats and dogs as well. If residents decide they would like to enlist the services of independent medical professionalls, they may always do so. There are a number of advantages and expenditures to consider while determining an independent living community. It is important to learn if these amenities are covered in the plan: internet access, move-in fee, transportation, housekeeping, initial assessment fee, wellness program, laundry, and Waiting list deposit. The benefits and amenities that pertain to independent living include security guards, game/TV room, private rental hall, beauty salon & barber shop, fitness center & swimming pool, laundry service, restaurant-style dining hall, and healthcare center.
