When my parents first got there, the staff did a great job caring for my parents. When the new management took over there was a decline. I don't think the new staff is doing as well taking care of the residents. The food is good. They have a lot of outdoor space.
My loved one is currently a resident at Big Springs Village and everything has been great, great experience so far. I will say, I do feel like they do need more snack opportunities in the Memory Care Unit. I would most definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.
Our loved one is thriving in this facility. She's happy and enjoys the activities and her fellow residents. She's happy, we're happy. We don't have to worry about her and know she is taken care of should a need arise.
