We walked in having to make a hard decision on where to make my mom happy . [name removed] greeted us and the rest was history . My mom is moving in this month . [name removed] was kind compassionate and understood all my worries and concerns on leaving my 89 year old mom . [name removed] and [name removed] were amazing they took time and showed us all around giving us all the time we needed to look and ask questions. Being a faith based facility makes my heart happy faith is very important to me . I am looking very forward to mom residing at Lakeshore Manor . Our overall experience with Family Extended Care of Sebring was positive. He was only here a few days before having to be transferred to another facility for a higher level of care.
Staff could not be any better; wonderful staff... friendly and kind... move in process: easy... they will hang all your pictures... cleaning great. Food : variety and fine..... only thing for my mother ( who is extremely active ) not enough going on for her.
