Banyan Place in Boca Raton, FL
5.0

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Banyan Place! The facility itself is nice looking, clean, and very well kept. The staff is friendly and professional, and the owner was easy to work with a big help throughout the whole process! It's been a bit of an adjustment for our loved one, but they're working hard to help her get comfortable and settled in!

Tuscan Gardens of Delray Beach
5.0

I live out of state, and it’s nice to know my dad is cared for and in a safe place. He really likes not having to cook and clean anymore and he enjoys the daily happy hours! The facility is beautiful and welcoming and the staff is very friendly.

Luxe Senior Living at Jupiter
5.0

My mother is currently a resident at Luxe Senior Living at Jupiter and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The staff is always alert and helpful. Communication with the family is very good. The move in process was effortless. The meals seem to be good and healthy. I would 100% recommend Luxe Senior Living at Jupiter to family and friends.

Lantana, Florida

Independent Living

Many seniors may be able to live without assistance, but cost of owning a home might be a deterrent to enjoying an otherwise independent life. Independent Living Communities provide a great alternative to this situation. Food preparation, recreational activities and housekeeping responsibilities are taken care of while you are unencumbered to use your time as you choose. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to be among peers, surrounded by others of similar ages and backgrounds. Residents’ quarters consist of private living spaces, each with their own kitchen. The independence of apartment life is still enjoyed, offering opportunities to socialize with guests and visitors in a private and personal setting. While policies vary between communities, many residences allow cats and dogs as well. If medical or nursing care is desired, residents may always utilize the services of private care providers. There are a variety of expenditures and advantages to balance when choosing an independent living community. It is important to determine if these services are covered in your plan: field trips, transportation, laundry, initial assessment fee, meals, housekeeping, parking, and Waiting list deposit. The benefits and amenities that pertain to independent living include private rental hall, restaurant-style dining hall, game/TV room, beauty salon & barber shop, community activities, healthcare center, laundry service, and fitness center & swimming pool.
